Ltd. an 100% EOU UNIT, Registered under the EHTP scheme, Government of India, is ready to deliver our products at your door step with duty exemptions.

Typically such exemption comes in the form of incentives for export organisations falling under schemes like EOU, STP, EHTP, EPZ etc. Such duty-exempt schemes are categorized into three broad heads:

Customs duty exemption (zero duty)
Excise duty exemption (CT3 transactions)
Deemed exports

Customs duty exemption (zero duty)
As per government of India regulations Connoiseur Electronics Pvt. Ltd. can provide their customers duty exemption on import of goods like computers and computer related products. The organisations which can avail customs duty exemption includes:

• 100% Export Oriented Units (Zero Duty)
• STP (Software Technology Park) (Zero Duty)
• Govt. undertakings for Defence (Zero Duty)
• Educational Institutions (Zero Duty)
• EPCG Scheme (0% for software exporters where CIF value of EPCG licenses is more than Rs. 10 lakhs, 12% on all other cases)

Excise duty exempt buying (CT3)
Commercial desktops from Connoiseur Electronics Pvt. Ltd. are available under the excise duty exemption (CT3) route. As per Government of India regulations, the following groups of organisations can avail of excise duty exemption:

• 100 % EOU (Export Oriented Units)
• EHTP (Electronic Hardware Technology Park)
• STP (Software Technology Parks)
• EPZ (Export Processing Zones)
• Universities and Colleges which are Registered under Dept of Science and Industrial Research Government of India ( this group of customers can avail 8 % excise duty benefit)

Deemed Exports
Under the deemed exports scheme of the Government of India, eligible organisations can avail customs and excise duty exemption, while making payments in Indian currency. Unlike the zero duty scheme, there are no customs clearance formalities, freight & insurance issues. Customers also get the benefit of shorter delivery times since shipments are made from Connoiseur Electronics Pvt. Ltd. within India. Types of organisations that can avail this facility are:
